hi! i’m Mallow
Try it: this is how every bedtime starts.
How it works
Screen-time limits are easy to swipe away when you’re tired. Mallow makes bedtime something you do for a friend. Here’s one night with him, from the first yawn to a well-rested morning.
122:30 Evening
About 30 minutes before bedtime, a sleepy nudge lands on your lock screen. Time to wind down.
223:00 Bedtime
Hold the button: the lights go down, Mallow yawns, and the apps that keep you scrolling are paused until your wake-up time.
302:14 Night
Open a sleeping app and you’ll find Mallow asleep instead. You can wake him if you really need to, but he loses tonight’s dream.
407:00 Morning
Make it through the night and Mallow brings back a dream for your journal, plus stars for every quest you finished.
Your night decides Mallow’s day
Rewards
Three quests every night, a streak worth protecting and a cozy level that fills up every morning. Finally, a streak that gets you more sleep.
Every cozy level pays out 10 bonus stars to spend in the wardrobe.
Mallow slept 7 nights in a row. Tonight makes 8.
Nights out happen. A freeze covers a missed night on its own.
Every night your phone sleeps pours a tube of moonlight, and Mallow bobs on top. Wake him for one more scroll and the tube turns coral. Mallow will be up scrolling too, and judging you. The longest night of the week gets the crown.
Wardrobe
Spend the stars from your good nights on hats, shirts, blankets, rooms and little treasures for Mallow’s shelf. Some can’t be bought, only won.
Try a few on. And maybe boop Mallow.
Inside the app

FAQ
Mallow can’t make you sleepy, but he takes away what keeps most of us up: one more video. With your scroll apps asleep at bedtime, there’s not much left to do but sleep. Mallow is a duck, not a doctor, though: if you have trouble sleeping, talk to one.
Yes. You pick the apps and the times, and they sleep from bedtime until your wake-up time. On iPhone, Mallow uses Apple’s Screen Time; on Android, you switch on Mallow’s app pausing once in your phone’s settings. Open a sleeping app and you’ll find Mallow asleep instead.
Calls, alarms and every app you didn’t pick keep working. If you really need a sleeping app, wake Mallow: the app opens for 5 minutes, but Mallow loses tonight’s dream and wakes up grumpy.
No. Mallow counts the nights your phone sleeps, not you. It’s a bedtime game, not a medical app. Mallow is a duck, not a doctor.
For a week. Mallow is one subscription, Mallow Plus: €29.99 a year, starting with a free week, or €5.99 a month. That’s all of Mallow: your apps asleep at bedtime, 45 dreams to collect and every look to win.
Your streak starts over, unless a streak freeze covers the night. Mallow won’t judge. Much.

Psst. It’s late.
Even this page should be in bed by now. It’ll still be here tomorrow.
